  • Barrière patches should be applied to clean & dry skin. Do not apply patches on your face or head, and do not apply patches to any area where skin is broken or irritated. Our favorite areas to apply a patch include: inner and outer wrists, upper arm, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Apply patch daily to an area with little or no hair, i.e., wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, and avoid any area that is particularly sensitive.

  • Yes. When used as instructed, it is safe to wear this patch and any of our other patch formulations together. One vitamin patch from each of the different packs (or formulations) can be worn together at the same time. Up to one patch per formulation can be worn daily.
