Yes, you can subscribe to more than one (and up to 4) products. Currently, we offer subscriptions on all 4 of our vitamin patch formulas (Brains & Beauty, Daily Defense, Travel Well & Skin Support) and there is 1 design option available per formula.  Only the 30-packs of vitamin patches are eligible for subscribe & save at this time.

How can I manage my subscription?

All the information for your subscription is found within your account. You can update address and billing information plus pause, restart, or cancel your subscription on specific patches.

When will my first subscription order ship? 

Your first vitamin patch subscription order will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed before 12:00 pm EST will ship the same day. Please note that orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship out the next available business day. 

After my first subscription purchase what is the delivery frequency?

Approximately every 30 days. After your first subscription purchase, your products will ship on the same date you ordered every month. Please note that orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship out the next available business day.

When is my subscription billed?

Your subscription is billed on the day it ships. Once payment is processed your patches will immediately be prepared for shipment and sent to the address associated with your subscription. You will receive an automated email confirming your shipment and tracking information. 

How do I modify my shipping address?

Go into your account and into the customer information tab- from there you can modify your existing shipping details or add a new shipping address.

How do I pause a subscription?

You can pause your subscription anytime. To pause your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to pause and click the “pause subscription” button.

You can resume your subscription anytime. To restart your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to restart and click the “restart subscription” button.

How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to cancel and click the “cancel subscription” button.
