Approximately every 30 days. After your first subscription purchase, your products will ship on the same date you ordered every month. Please note that orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship out the next available business day.

Your subscription is billed on the day it ships. Once payment is processed your patches will immediately be prepared for shipment and sent to the address associated with your subscription. You will receive an automated email confirming your shipment and tracking information.

You can pause your subscription anytime. To pause your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to pause and click the “pause subscription” button.

You can resume your subscription anytime. To restart your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to restart and click the “restart subscription” button.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. To cancel your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab, select the subscription you want to cancel and click the “cancel subscription” button.

Yes, you can modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. To modify or cancel your subscription, go into your account and into the subscription tab- from there you can easily pause, restart or cancel your subscription(s) per product.
