My travel must have! This is definitely my favorite must have item to pack as we are hopping planes quite often. With a slight boost of energy, and protection against feet swelling, this is a great way to support the immune system in the easiest and most hip way possible. EARLY RISE I have say I can't believe how early I'm waking up now. I feel rested. I never had a problem with falling energy after having showered and get going, its the initial waking up. I think this is working and I'm happy.
