How do I apply my patch?

Peel off one patch from the clear backing.

Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin  & press firmly

Wear for 8–12 hours.

Gently remove & recycle after use

Here are a few tips that usually help with adhesion:

Prep the skin:Apply the patch to clean, dry skin that’s free of lotions, oils, or sweat.

Placement: Choose areas with less movement or friction, like the upper arm, shoulder blade, or lower back.

Application: When peeling the patch from the backing, start from one corner and remove it slowly so both sides stay intact. Then press the patch firmly onto the skin for 10–15 seconds, making sure the edges are smoothed down.

When and where should I apply my patch?

Patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Avoid placing patches on your face, head, or any areas with broken or irritated skin. Some of the best spots for application include the inner and outer wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. For best results, apply the patch to an area with little to no hair, such as the wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, while avoiding particularly sensitive areas. You can apply our patches day or night. The time of application has no bearing on the patch’s effectiveness.

Can I wear more than one patch at a time?

Yes, you can wear multiple vitamin patches from different formulas at the same time. Just make sure to use only one patch per formula at a time—or, in the case of NAD+ YOUth Repair, follow the instructions of two patches every other day.

Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medications.

How do I know my vitamin patch is working?

Our vitamin patches are designed to deliver both instant and long-term benefits. While some ingredients may offer noticeable effects shortly after application—like increased focus, energy, or calm—others work beneath the surface to support your health over time. The experience may vary depending on the specific formula and your individual needs, but consistent use is key. Trust that each patch is formulated for optimal absorption and impact, even if results aren't immediately felt.

How do transdermal vitamin patches work?

Transdermal vitamin patches offer an innovative, hassle-free alternative to traditional vitamins and supplements. Designed for convenience, they provide an effective way to get the vitamins your body needs without disrupting your daily routine. Traditional vitamins have to pass through your digestive system before your body can absorb them—but transdermal patches work differently. Our innovative patch technology delivers vitamins and adaptogens directly through the skin and into the bloodstream, bypassing the gut for enhanced absorption.

Each patch is designed for a sustained release of ingredients over 8–12 hours, ensuring a steady, consistent dose without spikes or crashes. Simply apply the patch to clean, dry skin, and let it do the work—no pills, no water, no digestion required. Whether you're on the go, have trouble swallowing pills, or just want a more efficient way to supplement your routine, our patches provide a seamless, science-backed solution for daily wellness.

Why choose a patch over capsules or pills?

Many people find capsules and tablets inconvenient or difficult to take—especially those with sensitive stomachs or trouble swallowing pills. Plus, research suggests that many common ingredients in capsule form may break down in the digestive system before your body can fully absorb them. That means you might not be getting everything you think you are.¹ Additionally, a nationwide survey found that approximately 40% of U.S. adults report difficulty swallowing pills.²

Our transdermal patches offer a no-pill alternative, designed for steady, consistent release of ingredients through the skin—without binders, sugar, or swallowing concerns. They’re also travel-friendly, recyclable, and thoughtfully formulated, making them a convenient part of your wellness routine.
