Our patches are designed for anyone aged 12 and older. However, we always recommend consulting your doctor to determine your specific vitamin and supplement needs. If you are pregnant or nursing, please speak with a physician before using any supplement product.
How do I apply my patch?
Peel off one patch from the clear backing.
Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin & press firmly

Here are a few tips that usually help with adhesion:
Prep the skin:Apply the patch to clean, dry skin that’s free of lotions, oils, or sweat.
Placement: Choose areas with less movement or friction, like the upper arm, shoulder blade, or lower back.
Application: When peeling the patch from the backing, start from one corner and remove it slowly so both sides stay intact. Then press the patch firmly onto the skin for 10–15 seconds, making sure the edges are smoothed down.
When and where should I apply my patch?
Patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Avoid placing patches on your face, head, or any areas with broken or irritated skin. Some of the best spots for application include the inner and outer wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, upper and lower back, hips, thighs, and ankles. For best results, apply the patch to an area with little to no hair, such as the wrist, shoulder, back, or hips, while avoiding particularly sensitive areas. You can apply our patches day or night. The time of application has no bearing on the patch’s effectiveness.
Can I wear more than one patch at a time?
Yes, you can wear multiple vitamin patches from different formulas at the same time. Just make sure to use only one patch per formula at a time—or, in the case of NAD+ YOUth Repair, follow the instructions of two patches every other day.
Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement or if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medications.

If your patch is not applied as instructed and water gets underneath the patch, gently remove & recycle the used patch and apply a fresh patch to ensure you are receiving the intended benefit and to minimize the chance of skin irritation.

Can my child use these patches every day?
Yes! Each of our patches was formulated with the daily recommended doses for each ingredient and is safe to wear every day when used as instructed.* Please consult your child’s pediatrician if you have specific allergies or concerns around ingredients and usage.
Can my child use this patch with other vitamins/patches?
If your child is already taking other supplements, check with your pediatrician to avoid overlap.
What happens if my child wears more than one patch at a time?
One patch per day is recommended. Accidentally using more may increase vitamin intake beyond recommended levels—remove extras right away and contact your pediatrician if concerned.

YES! Our patches are 100% recyclable. Please recycle your patches after use in plastic recycling. As well, our paper packaging is recyclable. Please put only the cardboard packaging in with your other paper recycling.
Are barrière sun hats sustainably made?
YES! Our hats are sustainably made. We used 100% recycled materials and an environmentally friendly low-water printing process. Our hat dust bags are reusable.
Are Debug Mode Spray and Candles sustainable and recyclable?
YES! The Debug Mode bottle is made from PET and is 100% recyclable and BPA-free. Screw off the cap, and like regular plastics, you can place your empty bottle together with your recycling waste. These clear bottles will be collected like regular plastic waste and can be recycled at the relevant recycling plant.

Yes! We offer free USPS First Class Mail shipping on all domestic orders over $40.
When will I get my barriere package, and what are my shipping options?
barrière ships all orders as quickly as possible using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders out over the weekend. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sales and peak shopping days. Where can you ship my order to?
We currently allow shipping to all 50 US states. We cannot ship to PO box offices. For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, we offer expedited and overnight shipping services only, as they cannot be shipped ground. Shipping to these states will take several extra business days.
How do I track my package?

Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we gladly accept returns for items that are damaged in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at wecare@mybarriere.com with details and photos of the damage. Once we receive the defective item, we will either ship a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund.
