Order Policies

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale. We accept returns for refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged item, please email wecare@mybarriere.com and we will send a replacement if available or issue a full refund once receiving the defective product.

Purchase & Cancellation Policy

All items in our store are available for one-time purchase. One-time purchases do not auto-renew.

Some items may also be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel both one-time and subscription purchases.

Order Edits

You can edit your order within 30 minutes of placing it via your order confirmation email or the checkout page. Please note that orders placed before 12 PM may be processed the same day and cannot always be updated. For assistance, contact us at wecare@mybarriere.com.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select — either monthly or quarterly.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their duration.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can otherwise modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or via the link in your order confirmation email. For assistance, contact us at wecare@mybarriere.com.
