Shipping Options

Whether you're stocking up or need it fast, we've got a speed for you.

  • Standard (USPS): 4-7 business days for $5 flat
  • UPS Ground: 3-6 business days for $8.50 flat
  • Expedited (USPS, UPS, or FedEx): 2-3 business days for $25 flat
  • Overnight (USPS or FedEx): Next business day for $40 flat

All orders are shipped with care, straight from Virginia to your door.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale.

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged item, please email wecare@mybarriere.com and we will send a replacement if available or issue a full refund once receiving the defective product.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package appears to be lost or has been marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your building’s front desk, as carriers sometimes leave packages in secure or alternate locations.

If you’re still unable to find your package, please contact us at wecare@mybarriere.com and our team will be happy to assist you. You can also request proof of delivery or file a lost package claim directly with the shipping carrier for further investigation.

Where can you ship my order?

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Hawaii & Alaska: Only expedited or overnight shipping is available; delivery may take extra business days.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also access this from the account section of our website.

If the tracking number isn’t working, it can take 1–2 days to activate. If it still doesn’t work, contact wecare@mybarriere.com.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $40 and on quarterly subscriptions.

What are your shipping options?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times may be longer during sales or peak shopping days.

Shipping options:

What holidays does barrière observe for shipping?

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or company-observed holidays:

  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the day after
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can edit your order within 30 minutes of placing it via your order confirmation email or checkout page.

If you have issues, email wecare@mybarriere.com. Note: Orders processed before 12 PM the same day may not be updated.
