Yes, we third-party test all our formulas.
Patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Avoid placing patches on your face, head, or any areas with broken or irritated skin. Some of the best spots include wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Our melatonin patches should be applied only when you want to sleep. Otherwise you can apply our patches at any time, day or night! For sensitive skin, rotate patch sites (arm, back, hip, shoulder, etc.) — don’t use the same spot every day.
For the most part, yes. Just make sure you are not overlapping ingredients. For example, if using the Hello Sunshine patch daily, an additional Vitamin D supplement shouldn't be in your daily routine.

The adhesive used in our patches is a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) and is not produced with any colophony/rosin. Our patches are hypoallergenic and should not cause irritation. If any irritation occurs, please remove the patch.
