Our patches are made in a cGMP-compliant U.K. facility that is M.H.R.A. registered and certified to ISO 9001 standards. The M.H.R.A. is the U.K. equivalent of the FDA here in the U.S.
- + Are barrière patches third-party tested?
Yes, we third-party test all our formulas.
- + Where and when should I apply my patch?
Patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Avoid placing patches on your face, head, or any areas with broken or irritated skin. Some of the best spots include wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Our melatonin patches should be applied only when you want to sleep. Otherwise you can apply our patches at any time, day or night! For sensitive skin, rotate patch sites (arm, back, hip, shoulder, etc.) — don’t use the same spot every day.
- + Can I wear patches with other vitamins or supplements in my routine?
For the most part, yes. Just make sure you are not overlapping ingredients. For example, if using the Hello Sunshine patch daily, an additional Vitamin D supplement shouldn't be in your daily routine.
We always recommend consulting your doctor before starting any new vitamin or supplement regimen. If you are pregnant or nursing, please speak with a physician before using any supplement product.- + What if I’m allergic to adhesives?
The adhesive used in our patches is a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) and is not produced with any colophony/rosin. Our patches are hypoallergenic and should not cause irritation. If any irritation occurs, please remove the patch.
