Behind barrière
OUR WHY
We believe daily wellness should be effortless. With science-backed formulas held to the highest safety standards, our patches are made to seamlessly slip into your day. Just peel and stick — no complications, no compromises.

Where It Started
The science was there. The practicality? Not so much.
That’s the realization barrière co-founder Cleo had after trying medical transdermal patches for her own vitamin deficiencies. But they were irritating, inconvenient, and bulky — not made for sustainable habits or realistic routines.
barrière was born not just as a solution to the absorption problem but as a solution to the habit-building problem.
And Cleo’s not alone: 86% of the U.S. population take supplements, but only half stick to their routine. The vision was to make it as easy, enjoyable and effective as possible to build and maintain wellness routines.
And now, Cleo and her co-founder Alexa have brought that goal to life with beautiful, easy-to-use patches that deliver vitamins safely and efficiently, without disrupting your day-to-day life..
Thank you for making barrière a part of your wellness journey.
Clinically Studied, Science Backed
Setting higher standards for wellness — transparently. When correctly made, patches can offer up 10x the absorption rate of oral vitamins. That’s why our formulas:
- Are made in the U.K. and registered with the M.H.R.A. (FDA equivalent).
- Use clinically-tested ingredients with efficacy in gold standard trials.
- Contain micronized ingredients to easily pass the skin barrier & maximize benefits.*

Transdermal patches offer 6-10x the absorption rate of oral vitamins, provided they are properly made.* This means being made in a facility that:
- Micronizes the ingredient particle size to under 50 microns
- Uses hydrophobic vs. hydrophilic versions of specific ingredients.
How we stack up
