Yes. Our patches were formulated by pediatricians using safe, child-friendly ingredients and dosing.
We also conduct third-party testing to ensure quality and safety. We recommend consulting your child’s pediatrician to determine what’s best for their individual health needs.- What age group are your patches for?
Our Multi and Immunity patches are formulated for children ages 2-12. Only use the Sleep patch for children ages 2-4 if recommended by a pediatrician. Always use under adult supervision and consult with your pediatrician before starting any supplement.
- Can my child wear more than one patch from different fornulas at the same time?
Yes! Children 3 and older can wear one patch from different formulas (Multi and sleep, or Immunity and Sleep). Given the overlap in ingredients of the immunity patch and multivitamin patch, it is not recommended to wear both at once unless approved by your pediatrician.
- Can my child wear these patches every day?
Yes! Each of our patches was formulated with the daily recommended doses for each ingredient and is safe to wear every day when used as instructed.*
Please consult your child’s pediatrician if you have specific allergies or concerns around ingredients and usage.- What happens if my child wears more than one patch from the same formula at a time?
One patch per day is recommended. Accidentally using more may increase vitamin intake beyond recommended levels. Remove extras right away and contact your pediatrician if concerned.
- If a patch falls off before the day is over, should I replace it?
If the patch was worn for at least 6–8 hours, your child has likely absorbed most of the vitamins. If it falls off sooner, you may apply a new one.
- What if my child chews or swallows a patch?
The patches are non-toxic but not meant to be eaten. Keep patches out of reach.
If swallowed, remove any remaining patch and contact a healthcare provider or Poison Control (1-800-222-1222) right away.*- Are patches a replacement for a healthy diiet?
Think of vitamin patches as a safety net, not a replacement. Whole foods provide fiber, protein, and phytonutrients a patch can’t.
- Can kids with food allergies (like soy, dairy, and gluten) wear these patches?
Yes, our patches are free from most common allergens and formulated without any sugar, dairy, soy, gluten, peanuts, or tree nuts.
- Can kids with chronic illnesses (like ADHD, diabetes, or epilepsy) use these patches?
In most cases, yes, but always check with your child’s pediatrician before starting any new supplement.
- Why choose a patch instead of gummies, liquids, or tablets?
Our transdermal patches offer a vitamin alternative, designed for steady, consistent release of ingredients through the skin—making for a convenient, once-daily application. No sugar, artificial dyes or flavors. No choking hazard. Gentle on sensitive stomachs. And easier for kids who dislike the taste or texture of vitamins.
- Is the adhesive safe for kids' skin?
Yes, we chose to use medical-grade adhesive for sensitive skin. It's dermatologically tested and safe for pediatric use. They’re free from latex, parabens, and harsh chemicals. However, every child’s skin is different, so we always recommend speaking to your pediatrician first if your child has very sensitive skin or eczema. Also, avoid placing the patch on any area of skin that is prone to irritation in your child.
- What should I do if my child’s skin reacts to a patch?
If your child feels mild itchiness, remove the patch and gently wash the area with mild soap and water. Some kids are sensitive to adhesives or heat under the patch. Try applying the next patch to a different area of skin. If the itching is intense or the skin looks irritated, skip further use until you speak with your pediatrician.
- Is it normal for the skin to look red after using a patch?
A mild, temporary redness where the patch was applied can be normal. This usually comes from mild pressure or warmth under the patch and should fade within a few hours.
- Are there risks of vitamin toxicity?
These patches are formulated within safe limits for children. Toxicity is highly unlikely when used as directed. Ensure that your child only uses only one patch per day. If more than one patch is applied for a prolonged period of time, please consult with your pediatrician. Do not combine with other vitamin supplements (including oral supplements) unless approved by your pediatrician.
- How and where do I apply the patch?
Place on clean, dry, hair-free skin (such as the upper back, shoulder, or outer arm). Press firmly to secure. For younger children: Choose a spot they can’t easily reach or remove themselves from, like between the shoulder blades.
- Can patches cause skin irritation, rashes, or allergic reactions?
Our patches are made for sensitive skin and most children tolerate patches well. We use a pressure-sensitive adhesive that is latex free, dermatologically tested and safe. Mild local skin irritation can occur in rare cases. Rotating application sites helps minimize this risk. If you have concerns regarding an allergic reaction, please consult with your pediatrician.
- How do I get my kids to remember to put on their patches daily?
We recommend using our “Patch Passport,” which ships free with every first order, or a sticker chart—kids can check off each day they wear their patch, making healthy habits fun!
- What's the best time of day to give my kids their patches?
Morning works well for most families! Apply with the daily routine (after brushing teeth, before school) and remove at bedtime. It is also safe to apply the patch at night, just before bedtime, and remove it in the morning.
