MELATONIN

Will I feel groggy or dependent on it?

Our patches are non-habit forming, and won't leave you drowsy in the morning. They're a natural way to support your sleep-wake cycle.*

How much melatonin does the patch deliver?

Each patch has 2mg of melatonin.

How can I use this patch to help support jet lag?*

To help with jet lag, apply The Big Sleep melatonin patch to clean, dry skin before you want to fall asleep. It delivers 2 mg of melatonin gradually, and supports your natural sleep cycle, helping you adjust to new time zones. For example, apply it in the evening at your destination, even if your body feels like it’s earlier in the day. This can help reset your internal rhythm for support on your trip and your return, if used consistently.

You can also apply the patch to help you sleep on the plane, and use our Energy Boost (Vitamin B12) patch when you land.*

Why use a melatonin patch instead of a pill or gummy?

A melatonin patch is more convenient, and bypasses the digestive system, leading to faster absorption and higher bioavailability.*

Our patch provides time-released support, gradually releasing melatonin throughout the night to help you fall asleep and stay asleep without sudden spikes or grogginess.*

When and where do I apply it?

You can apply a melatonin patch anytime you want to sleep, day or night. Apply 30 minutes before bed.

Patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Avoid placing patches on your face, head, or any areas with broken or irritated skin. Some of the best spots include wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, back, hips, thighs, and ankles.
