Yes, this patch may be worn with other patches, however it does contain overlapping ingredients with some of our other formulas:

If you're also using these formulas, please review the packaging to make sure you're staying within recommended Daily Values, or just alternate days!
Don't wear more than one Everyday Defense patch per day.

Each patch contains:
- 17mg of Echinacea Extract
- 4.5mg of Elderberry Extract
- 2.75 mg of Andrographis Extract
- 1mg of Zinc Citrate
