Yes! Our patches are water-resistant. If your patch lifts or water gets underneath, replace it with a fresh one to ensure full benefits.
Our patches are hypoallergenic and should not cause irritation. If any irritation occurs, please remove the patch. For sensitive skin, rotate patch sites (arm, back, hip, shoulder, etc.) — don’t use the same spot every day.
Lay the patch sheet face down on a flat, clean surface.
Pick a Corner: Choose a corner or edge of the patch to start with.
Gently Fold the Backing: Slightly bend (don’t crease) the backing sheet near the chosen edge. This creates tension to help the patch lift.
Peel Slowly: Once the edge lifts, peel the patch off slowly at a low angle using fingers or tweezers.
Apply Immediately: Stick your patch to the desired surface right after removal to keep the adhesive clean.

So Far So Good
I view all the Barriere products as an extra line of defense against the environment! I think they work. My skin is less reactionary since I’ve been using Skin Support so I will continue with these particular patches.

LOVE the benefits of this. The vitamin D really helps my mood and I even notice when I forget to use it. The only con is that the edges peel up because they’re such big patches.
Love them but…
Be careful that you’re not doubling up on some supplements, I.e. Vitamin D. My Dr said to stick to the normal adult rec dose, but if I use a combination patch that has D and then also apply a separate one, that could be too much. D is good but too much D is not.
