- + Can I wear Hello Sunshine with other patches?
Yes! When used as instructed, it is safe to wear this patch and any of our other patch formulations together. Don't wear more than one Hello Sunshine patch per day, but feel free to mix and match with other packs (or formulas) that don’t overlap in ingredients.
- + How do I know if I'm Vitamin D deficient?
Common signs include of vitamin D deficiency include fatigue, mood changes, and muscle aches. A simple blood test from your doctor is the most accurate way to check your levels.
- + Where are barrière patches made?
Our patches are made in a cGMP-compliant U.K. facility that is M.H.R.A. registered and certified to ISO 9001 standards. The M.H.R.A. is the U.K. equivalent of the FDA here in the U.S.
- + When should I apply my patch?
Choose a time that fits your routine best, and wear the patch for up to 12 hours. Our melatonin patches should be applied only when you want to sleep. Otherwise you can apply our patches at any time, day or night!
- + What if I’m allergic to adhesives?
The adhesive used in our patches is a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) and is not produced with any colophony/rosin. Our patches are hypoallergenic and should not cause irritation. If any irritation occurs, please remove the patch.
- + Do you offer returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all items are final sale.
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges for items damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged item, please email wecare@mybarriere.com and we will send a replacement if available or issue a full refund once receiving the defective product.
