For Kids Multi, morning works well for most families—apply with the daily routine (after brushing teeth, before school) and remove at bedtime.
For Kids Sleep, apply 30 minutes before bedtime as part of your child’s nightly bedtime routine.- + Can the patches in this bundle be worn at the same time?
It is safe to pair the Multi patch with the Sleep patch, however we suggest applying the Multi patch during daytime and the Sleep patch before bedtime.
Children should not wear more than one of the same patch at a time. Each patch is carefully pre-measured to deliver a safe daily dose and more than one patch could provide too many vitamins. Always check with your pediatrician before layering patches from different formulas.- + Can my child wear these patches every day?
