We use methylated Folate as it is best stabilized for patches.

One vitamin patch from each of the different packs (or formulations) can be worn together at the same time. Up to one patch per formulation can be worn daily. Do not wear more than one patch per day from the same pack (or formulation) at the same time.

The form of cobalamin used in our B12 patches is cyanocobalamin. Our medical lab formulates our B12 patches using cobalamin (a non-methylated form of B12), rather than methylcobalamin. This is because methylcobalamin, while effective, can be too potent when delivered transdermally, potentially leading to unwanted side effects.*

While our B12 is not methylated for this reason, the patch is formulated with methylated folate (B9) for optimal absorption and effectiveness.
