Apply one patch on clean, dry, hair-free skin (such as the upper back, shoulder, or outer arm). Press firmly to secure. For younger children: Choose a spot they can’t easily reach or remove themselves from, like between the shoulder blades.

Morning works well for most families—apply with the daily routine (after brushing teeth, before school) and remove at bedtime. It is also safe to apply the patch at night, just before bedtime, and remove it in the morning.

Children should wear only one Immunity Patch at a time—applying more than one could provide too many vitamins. It’s safe to pair the Immunity Patch with our Sleep Patch, but we don’t recommend combining it with the Multivitamin Patch.

Yes, you can wear multiple vitamin patches from different formulas at the same time. Just make sure to use only one patch per formula at a time—or, in the case of NAD+ YOUth Repair, follow the instructions of two patches every other day.

The adhesive used in our patches is a PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) and is not produced with any colophony/rosin. Our patches are hypoallergenic and should not irritate the skin. If any irritation occurs, please remove the patch.
