Patches should be applied to clean, dry skin. Avoid placing patches on your face, head, or any areas with broken or irritated skin. Some of the best spots include wrists, upper arms, shoulder blades, collarbone, back, hips, thighs, and ankles. Our melatonin patches should be applied only when you want to sleep. Otherwise you can apply our patches at any time, day or night! For sensitive skin, rotate patch sites (arm, back, hip, shoulder, etc.) — don’t use the same spot every day.
This patch is formulated with 500mcg of Biotin and 55mcg of Selenium. One patch a day for your daily recommended dose of Biotin & Selenium.*
When used as instructed, it is generally safe to wear this patch and any of our other patch formulations together. Do not wear two Call of Beauty patches at the same time.
